Terms of Service

Operator: Cred is operated by GA Labs LLC, a Nevada limited liability company ("Cred", "we", "us", "our").

1. Welcome to Cred

Cred is a platform for making structured predictions and tracking credibility over time.

By accessing or using Cred, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least 18 years old to use Cred.

2. What Cred Does

Cred allows you to:

• Make forward-looking commitments or forecasts
• Assign confidence levels (probabilities)
• Have outcomes evaluated using deterministic, versioned rulesets
• View credibility scores derived from statistical accuracy

Cred is a credibility-tracking platform. It is not:

• A betting, wagering, or prediction market platform
• An investment advisor or financial institution
• A certification authority
• A professional rating agency

No real money, cryptocurrency, or other consideration is wagered, staked, or exchanged through Cred. Credibility scores have no monetary value and cannot be redeemed, traded, or transferred.

3. No Financial or Professional Advice

Credibility scores, market data, AI-generated forecasts, and all other information displayed on the platform are provided for informational and educational purposes only.

They do not constitute:

• Investment or trading advice
• Financial advice
• Legal advice
• Professional endorsement of any kind

You are solely responsible for any decisions made based on information displayed on the platform. We strongly recommend consulting qualified professionals before making financial decisions.

4. Your Commitments

You are responsible for the content and commitments you submit.

Certain commitments may become publicly visible.

Once sealed, commitments may be immutable except for limited amendments permitted under the platform's rules. These immutability rules are part of how Cred preserves trust and auditability.

Cred may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.

5. How Scoring Works

Credibility scoring is:

• Algorithmic
• Deterministic
• Versioned

Scores are calculated using rulesets active at the time of resolution. Methodology may evolve over time, but historical results remain tied to their original ruleset versions.

Cred may correct scoring errors if discovered.

6. Third-Party Data and AI Forecasts

Cred and its companion applications may display data sourced from third-party prediction markets, public APIs, and other external sources. This data is provided "as is" without warranty of accuracy, completeness, or timeliness.

The platform may also display AI-generated forecasts produced by automated systems. These forecasts are experimental, may be inaccurate, and should not be relied upon for any decision-making purpose. AI forecasts do not represent the views or recommendations of Cred or its operator.

We are not responsible for:

• Errors, omissions, or delays in third-party data sources
• Inaccuracies in AI-generated forecasts or analysis
• Changes to third-party APIs or data availability
• Decisions made based on displayed market data or forecasts

7. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and devices.

If Cred uses device-based signing keys, private keys remain under your control. Loss of access to your device may prevent you from signing actions.

Cred is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Manipulate scoring mechanisms
• Circumvent platform safeguards
• Abuse APIs or automated endpoints
• Scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit platform data without authorization
• Impersonate other users or entities
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

9. Intellectual Property

The Cred platform, including its software, design, scoring algorithms, and documentation, is the intellectual property of GA Labs LLC. Your use of the Service does not grant you any ownership rights in the platform or its content.

You retain ownership of the content you submit, but grant Cred a worldwide, royalty-free license to display, store, and process your commitments and forecasts as necessary to operate the Service.

10. Service Availability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available."

We make no guarantees regarding uptime, performance, or uninterrupted access. The Service is currently in beta and may change substantially.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Cred disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.
• Total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount paid by you to Cred in the prior 12 months or (b) one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GA Labs LLCand its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your submitted content, or your violation of these Terms.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of these Terms or for operational reasons. You may discontinue use at any time.

Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitations of liability, indemnification, and intellectual property) will survive.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Clark County, Nevada.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use of Cred after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
